Terms of Service

PracticeAssistant is provided under a written services agreement between us and your organisation. These public terms summarise the principal provisions; the executed agreement governs.

You retain ownership of your matter materials and the outputs generated within your tenant. We provide the service on a subscription basis with the controls described in our Security and Trust Centre documentation.

Outputs of the service are drafts until approved by a qualified user. Professional responsibility for advice and work product remains with the user and their organisation.
