Privacy Notice

PracticeAssistant processes information you provide to us (account details, matter materials, prompts and outputs) for the sole purpose of delivering the service. We do not sell your data, share it with marketing networks, or use it to train foundation models.

Matter materials are stored within your tenant boundary and accessed only by users you authorise. Sub-processors are limited and disclosed on request.
